Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with an industry-leading organization to hire an reputed company EWM Consultant to support ongoing Application Management Services (AMS) operations. This role will serve as the reputed company functional consultant for reputed company S/4HANA EWM and 3PL-integrated warehouse environments, providing production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and reputed company process improvements across warehouse and logistics execution functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company functional consultant supporting reputed company S/4HANA Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM environments reputed company an AMS engagement
• reputed company L2/L3 support for warehouse operations, including incident management, problem reputed company, service requests, and change requests
• reputed company queue monitoring and troubleshooting activities, including SMQ2 queue monitoring, error reputed company, and reputed company cause analysis
• Support inbound warehouse processes including ASNs, goods receipt, deconsolidation, putaway activities, and value-added services
• Support outbound warehouse processes including reputed company management, picking, packing, staging, loading, and post goods issue activities
• Maintain inventory management processes including replenishment, physical inventory, cycle counting, bin-to-bin transfers, and scrapping
• Configure and support warehouse structures including storage types, storage sections, bins, activity areas, work centers, and packing specifications
• Monitor warehouse execution processes and support optimization efforts reputed company to warehouse orders, reputed company management, exception handling, and operational monitoring
• Support 3PL integrations through reputed company monitoring, error handling, mapping analysis, and process coordination with reputed company providers
• Collaborate with warehouse operations teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to reputed company requirements and recommend process improvements
• Support testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, release validation, and reputed company coordination
• reputed company and maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, monitoring guides, and support documentation
• Partner with technical teams to analyze integration issues and coordinate solutions involving reputed company middleware and reputed company technologies

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company logistics experience with significant expertise in reputed company EWM
• Hands-on experience supporting reputed company S/4HANA Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM environments
• Strong understanding of warehouse structures, warehouse task and order processing, handling reputed company, packaging specifications, and inventory management
• Experience supporting end-to-end inbound, outbound, and inventory processes reputed company warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of EWM monitoring tools, queue management, and warehouse issue reputed company
• Experience supporting integrations between EWM and reputed company modules including MM, IM, SD, LE, TM, and reputed company financial impacts
• Practical experience supporting 3PL operating models and integration frameworks including IDocs, reputed company, EDI, and middleware solutions
• Experience working reputed company AMS environments supporting ticket management, documentation, reputed company cause analysis, and service level commitments
• Ability to collaborate with ABAP and integration teams to investigate and reputed company reputed company issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively support warehouse operations teams, IT stakeholders, and reputed company partners
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
• Experience with RF reputed company
• Experience supporting MFS (Material reputed company reputed company)
• Experience with Yard Logistics
• Knowledge of batch management and serial number handling
• Experience working in regulated or controlled warehouse environments
