[Remote] Data Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is developing an AI-powered dismantling platform for end-of-life reputed company vehicle systems. The Data Engineer will ensure reliable execution of data flows and reputed company data solution design to support various hardware and software consumers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, reputed company, and reputed company the reputed company of our data lake architecture
• Create data pipelines that ingest granular, near reputed company reputed company telemetry and publish them to the data lake
• Create and update queries based on machine data to reputed company insights on performance and other metrics
• Maintain clean data sets with data reputed company controls for consumption by business teams
• Own and administer our reputed company platforms and accounts which host data and data-intensive applications
• Work with software engineers to ensure appropriate instrumentation of the reputed company so reputed company data outflows are captured
• Set up alerts and mechanisms to proactively identify data issues or metrics deviations

Skills

• Python data engineering (3+ years): Building production ETL/ELT pipelines and data services in Python, with reputed company engineering reputed company (Git, reputed company review, testing, linting)
• Advanced SQL & databases: Expert PostgreSQL and analytical SQL, and strong data modeling for analytics
• reputed company platforms (AWS & Azure): Hands-on with AWS (S3, reputed company, Glue, reputed company/reputed company) for data lake architectures, plus experience with Azure (e.g. Blob Storage) and secure credential/IAM management across environments
• Pipelines & integrations: Event-driven and message-queue pipelines, incremental sync patterns, and REST API connectors to reputed company systems (e.g. reputed company, reputed company)
• reputed company: Modeling and querying document data, operating reputed company across environments, and running reputed company data migrations
• reputed company / low-reputed company platforms: Building and maintaining reputed company solutions and migrating them to more robust databases as data scales
