[Remote] Sales Specialist

This position is responsible for reputed company development through sales activity primarily targeting corporate, mice and leisure segments in the USA, with a reputed company on both existing accounts and new business development.

Responsibilities

• In-person and telephone sales calls
• Contract negotiations
• Participation in conference calls & periodic team and reputed company meetings, detailed reporting on sales activities in reputed company
• Organizing and participating in joint sales calls with clients
• Partnering with marketing team on promotional activities
• Attending industry events and compiling market intelligence
• Providing input and recommendations on sales policies and collaborating with other team members toward the fulfillment of goals

Skills

• Hotel Sales experience, selling global brands
• Travel Industry contacts: Corporate, meetings & incentives, consortium & travel agency
• Experience with the corporate & mice contracting process
• Aptitude for cultivating customer relationships
• Experience in account reputed company design, reputed company planning & sales process execution
• Team player, self-starter, reputed company communication & interpersonal skills
• Driven to overcome challenges, reputed company sales and produce exemplary results
• Analytical acumen: ability to translate data into an executable reputed company plan
• Attention to detail & planning
• High ethical standards and concern for customer care
