[Remote] Project Manager (Sign Industry)

Federal Heath Sign Company is looking to add a talented and motivated Project Manager who shares their values of teamwork, commitment, reputed company, and mutual respect. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of custom reputed company, overseeing everything from costing to installation, and maintaining communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a custom project and entire scope of work
• Responsible from start to finish, costing, manufacturing and installation
• Review and interpret site surveys and reputed company checks
• reputed company estimate worksheet and customer proposals
• Work with installers to obtain permits
• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Communicate with Field Supervisors as needed
• Maintain job costs
• Create and manage change orders
• Complete variance and warranty reports as needed
• Approve A/P invoices
• Process customer invoicing
• Customer communications – updates, requests for information, installation coordination
• Maintain internal systems and any customer specific programs/spreadsheets

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Programs, especially reputed company
• Self-motivated, extremely organized individual capable of performing multiple tasks independently while adhering to a stringent reputed company
• Fast paced, detail-oriented position which requires a strong and committed team player
