[Remote] Property Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Property Accountant for our growing reputed company reputed company estate reputed company based in Pensacola, FL. This role is responsible for the full reputed company cycle for assigned properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reputed company activities, financial reporting, budgeting support, and joint venture reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company activities for a portfolio of 15-20 reputed company reputed company properties
• Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor records
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments, account maintenance, and invoice inquiries
• reputed company tenant receipts and monitor cash activity
• Analyze tenant accounts receivable balances and communicate with tenants regarding outstanding balances
• Prepare and update cash reputed company projections
• reputed company weekly bank reconciliations
• Assist with reputed company activities reputed company to property acquisitions and dispositions, including opening and closing entries
• reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual general reputed company reputed company activities in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare journal entries reputed company to:

• Prepaid expenses
• Reclassifications
• CAM true-up accruals
• Other recurring month-end adjustments
• Work closely with property managers to reputed company and validate accrual information

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in reputed company property reputed company
• reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end reputed company processes
• Experience performing account reconciliations and journal entries
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company/finance or reputed company discipline preferred
