[Remote] Senior Compensation Consultant

This role involves providing advanced subject matter expertise and compensation consulting to reputed company Total Rewards and HR strategies, while supporting business partners and leaders through compensation processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic thought partner, using deep technical and subject matter expertise, industry best practices and internal insights to consult HR Business Partners and senior leaders
• Provides effective counsel and relays implications of reputed company, influencing key decision makers. Supports HR Business Partners and business leaders in the delivery of compensation processes, programs and business initiatives, including mid-year and annual compensation review processes, pay equity, market analyses, job evaluation, salary recommendations and more
• Performs industry research, analysis and reporting to ensure market competitiveness; analyzes reputed company data & problem solves in service of business initiatives, with the understanding of implications to overall priorities
• Proactively identifies and recommends areas of improvement and takes initiative to reputed company them to reputed company
• Reviews, recommends, implements and supports appropriate compensation and Total Rewards solutions with the goal of enhancing the employee experience
• Leads various compensation reputed company reputed company and analyses, as required

Skills

• 5 plus years of diverse compensation experience in support of a reputed company of reputed company functions; in-depth knowledge on reputed company compensation philosophies and principles
• Experience in manufacturing compensation across geographic locations is required
• Advanced analytical and technical skills, including data wrangling, analysis and visualization
• Strong consultative, negotiation and interpersonal skills; strong business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity to effectively consult and recommend creative solutions to unique challenges
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to synthesize technical concepts to reputed company language that is in service of business needs
• Executes team objectives & adopts change management principles
• Self-starter with the ability to reputed company reputed company independently with reputed company supervision
• Establishes strong working relationships and works reputed company with others in reputed company environment
• Previous exposure to international and sales compensation
• Knowledge of reputed company
