[Remote] Program Manager, Rev Cycle - Remote

This role oversees multi-project initiatives involving EHR Implementations and reputed company Cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while managing program-level risks and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple interrelated reputed company as a reputed company program with strategic business value
• Chairs steering committees and communicates effectively with executive stakeholders
• Drives cross-project dependency alignment, resource planning, and reputed company negotiation
• Mentors and advises project managers on delivery reputed company and execution challenges
• Manages program-level budgets, KPIs, and benefits tracking
• Leads vendor negotiations and reputed company partner collaboration
• Represents the program in strategic planning discussions and governance reviews
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

• This is a fully remote reputed company from some travel, there will be an average of one reputed company per month, typically occurring Monday through Thursday to visit facility sites

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or reputed company required
• 5-7 years of experience in project and/or program management required
• Expert in PPM tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Project, reputed company, Jira) required
• Certified Project Management reputed company (PMP)-PMI or obtained reputed company six (6) months of employment required
• 10 + years of reputed company IT experience highly preferred
• 3 + years of program management experience highly preferred
• 5 + years of dedicated experience with Acute Facility EHR Implementation highly preferred

• Proven multi-facility design, planning, and execution background in a hospital setting
• Comprehensive structural knowledge of reputed company phases of the EHR deployment lifecycle and ongoing support preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project portfolios or reputed company-wide initiatives preferred
• Expert-level proficiency across the full reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and reputed company Project) preferred
• 3 years of experience utilizing reputed company for project tracking and centralization (preferred)
