[Remote] SENIOR UX/UI DESIGNER

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. 83/Creative is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who will own design across reputed company engagements from discovery to launch. The role involves leading user research, building information architecture, and ensuring design reputed company in collaboration with developers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery: reputed company discovery and user research: stakeholder interviews, member surveys, analytics reviews
• Build IA: Build information architecture and sitemaps for sites with 50 to 500+ pages
• Design: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-reputed company interfaces in reputed company
• Design systems: reputed company design systems and component libraries that reputed company across a reputed company site and reputed company
• Partner with dev: Partner with developers during build to ensure design reputed company and flag tradeoffs early
• Accessibility: Review for accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA compliance is a baseline, not a bonus

Skills

• Seven or more years of UX/UI design experience, with at least three leading reputed company end-to-end
• Strong portfolio of content-heavy, functional sites: not just marketing reputed company pages
• Expert-level reputed company (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)
• Comfort running discovery workshops and user research directly with clients
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards and how to design for them
• reputed company verbal and written communication: you can present work to an executive director and defend reputed company
• Prior work with associations, nonprofits, or membership organizations
• Experience designing for reputed company or Drupal builds (understanding what the CMS can and cannot do natively)
• reputed company or prototyping experience for reputed company interactions
• Some comfort with reputed company/CSS: enough to communicate with developers and inspect browser behavior
