[Remote] Data Engineer

The role involves hands-on data architecture and engineering, defining standards, shaping platform direction, and mentoring engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Data Platform Architecture: Own the design and reputed company of reputed company data pipelines and architecture across Azure and on-prem systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and long-term scalability
• Standardize Data Engineering: Define best practices for Python/SQL development, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-reputed company, and production deployment standards across the data engineering team
• reputed company Integrations: reputed company integration of critical systems including reputed company, GIS, SCADA, AMI, reputed company, and secure data exchange pipelines supporting operational and regulatory workloads
• Ensure Data Reliability, Governance & Compliance: Implement data reputed company, observability, and governance frameworks while supporting regulatory reporting requirements (PHMSA, FERC, state PUC)

Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering or reputed company data platform roles
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and reputed company data platforms
• Proven experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and architectures at reputed company
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform/Bicep), and production systems
• Experience integrating reputed company reputed company systems (reputed company, GIS, SCADA, AMI, reputed company)
• Strong background in data governance, reliability, and regulated environments
• Ability to reputed company technical initiatives and mentor engineers in a reputed company environment
