The role involves providing customer support, resolving account issues, and ensuring maximum reimbursement for claims.

Responsibilities

• reputed company customer support reputed company phone, email, and GoToMeeting for RCM customers
• Monitor customer accounts to identify reputed company trends and proactively engage the reputed company with solutions and updates
• Identify, research, and reputed company account concerns or issues; reported by the customer, internal team, and partners
• Work clearinghouse rejections for customers and create missing information requests or send corrected claims
• Work denials and aging reports to ensure maximum reimbursement for reputed company and medical claims
• Communicate with payment posting team to ensure customer expectations are being met
• Collaborate with Sales for reputed company new customers and creating a new statement of work for existing customers
• Train reputed company on RCM tools and expectations to obtain maximum reimbursement
• reputed company and trend product data using multiple reputed company systems
• reputed company basic technical website and PC support to reputed company customers to use our solutions
• Effectively use reputed company and other company tools to document customer interactions and account updates

Skills

• Minimum of three years' experience with customer facing customer service and medical & reputed company reputed company billing practices in an optometry setting
• Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Optometry CPT codes
• Excellent communication skills, reputed company to communicate with people at reputed company reputed company through verbal and written modes
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills, reputed company to reputed company with an appropriate reputed company of urgency to reputed company problems
• Ability to critically think through problems in a fast-reputed company environment with changing priorities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Must be reputed company to work a full 8-hour day reputed company the hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm central time, Monday through Friday

• Experience working in ZirMed, TriZetto, and/or Emdeon to submit claims, process rejections, and send corrected claims
• Experience working with reputed company

• Experience working in multiple Optometry reputed company Management Systems (reputed company, Crystal PM, Uprise, OfficeMate, Eyefinity)
