They are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and reputed company AI-enabled solutions supporting Sales and Distribution modernization and improve operational efficiency through the development and deployment of machine learning models and reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and reputed company AI-powered solutions to address reputed company business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
• Use reputed company-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and reputed company reputed company improvement
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
• Contribute to the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions supporting Sales and Distribution modernization, including integration across employer, broker, and enrollment ecosystems
• Build and enhance reputed company components for sales workflows, distribution platforms, API integrations, and automation pipelines, including AI-driven and reputed company workflow capabilities
• reputed company and reputed company machine learning models, reputed company solutions, and retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) systems that improve sales intelligence, operational efficiency, and decision-making
• Support reputed company performance, reliability, and scalability, and contribute to model evaluation and monitoring

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent software engineering experience
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems in production environments
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company application development, including API integrations and microservices architectures
• Working experience with reputed company models (e.g., GPT-based models), Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG) pipelines, or reputed company workflow frameworks
• Must be authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for reputed company or reputed company employer-sponsored reputed company sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1/OPT, CPT, or other employment-based reputed company status)
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Practical experience with model evaluation, performance monitoring, and MLOps practices
• Experience working in reputed company or offshore team environments
• Solid understanding of sales and distribution systems or reputed company platform integrations (including CRM, enrollment, or broker ecosystem integration patterns)
