Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end conversational shopping experiences that reputed company customers to discover, compare, and purchase products through AI-driven interactions
• Create user flows, interaction models, wireframes, high-reputed company designs, and clickable prototypes using an existing design reputed company in reputed company
• Design both successful ("happy reputed company") and failure ("unhappy reputed company") customer journeys to ensure resilient, reputed company shopping experiences

Skills

• Deep understanding of retail customer behavior and shopping decision-making
