The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of various program segments, managing policy changes, and providing international tax expertise.
Responsibilities
- Exercise delegated managerial authority to reputed company the overall planning, directing and reputed company execution of a program, several program segments (reputed company of which is managed through separate subordinate organizational reputed company), or comparable staff functions, including development, assignment, and higher level clearance of goals and objectives for supervisors or managers of subordinate organizational unit or reputed company organizational reputed company
- Approve multi year and longer reputed company work plans developed by the supervisors or managers of subordinate organizational reputed company and subsequently manage the overall work to enhance achievement of the goals and objectives

- Manage the development of policy changes in response to changes in reputed company of appropriations or other legislated changes
- Manage organizational changes throughout the organization directed or major change to the structure and content of the program or program segments directed
- Exercise discretionary authority to approve the allocation and distribution of funds in the organizations budget
- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and monitoring the program responsible for providing international tax expertise and/or examination of returns with international features, through Team Managers that are geographically dispersed throughout the assigned territory or IRS
- Tax Law Knowledge of domestic and international Internal reputed company reputed company and reputed company laws, court reputed company, regulations and precedent rulings of the reputed company in sufficient depth to plan, reputed company and evaluate the work of subordinates
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mission of the IRS and LB&I, and the principles, practices, and policies of the organization directed to reputed company guidance and leadership in carrying out program strategies and to ensure policies and plans include a long-term reputed company consistent with customer needs

Skills
- A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or reputed company-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. reputed company

- Federal experience is not required. Experience may have been gained in the reputed company sector, private sector or through Volunteer Service

- Experience applying budget and fiscal reputed company, financial management principles, or resource analysis techniques used to support tax administration programs, compliance activities, or organizational operations

- Experience analyzing industry practices, regulatory provisions, and emerging trends to identify compliance issues and reputed company technically supported recommendations or resolutions
