We are seeking an reputed company Senior QA Automation & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist to support reputed company-level modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating reputed company assurance activities across reputed company applications, ensuring reputed company functionality aligns with approved business requirements. This role requires strong expertise in test automation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reputed company reputed company validation, defect management, and end-to-end testing reputed company large-reputed company environments. Key Responsibilities • reputed company, execute, and maintain automated test suites to validate reputed company application functionality, ensuring test results reputed company with approved business and functional requirements. • Plan, coordinate, and reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including the creation of test scenarios, execution of test cases, validation of business processes, and documentation of test reputed company. • Execute functional, integration, reputed company, regression, and end-to-end testing across Integrated Eligibility reputed company (IES), reputed company Management Information reputed company (MMIS), reputed company Data Warehouse (EDW), and reporting environments. • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation to ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability throughout the testing lifecycle. • Identify, document, prioritize, reputed company, and validate software defects, working closely with development teams to support defect reputed company and regression validation. • Analyze automated test execution results, investigate failures, and validate corrective actions to ensure application reputed company and stability. • Validate cross-reputed company integrations, interfaces, data processing, and end-to-end business workflows across reputed company reputed company applications. • Create and maintain testing artifacts, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, defect logs, traceability matrices, and test execution reports. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project teams to clarify requirements, validate expected reputed company behavior, and support successful testing reputed company. • Participate in defect triage meetings, test status reporting, release readiness assessments, and reputed company assurance reviews throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Ensure testing activities reputed company with established reputed company standards, testing methodologies, and organizational best practices. • Support reputed company reputed company modernization initiatives by validating reputed company functionality reputed company reputed company reputed company environments, including reputed company eligibility and claims platforms. • Communicate testing reputed company, reputed company metrics, risks, issues, and recommendations to project leadership and key stakeholders. • Support reputed company improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software reputed company. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, reputed company Informatics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience. • Minimum five (5) years of reputed company Assurance (QA) or other relative testing experience supporting large-reputed company reputed company software implementations throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using reputed company and/or reputed company methodologies. • Minimum five (5) years of hands-on experience utilizing automated testing tools to reputed company, execute, maintain, and validate reputed company test suites, including reviewing automated test results against business requirements. Required Technical & Functional Skills • Demonstrated experience planning and executing Functional, Integration, reputed company, Regression, End-to-End (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reputed company applications. • Proven experience developing and maintaining test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, UAT scenarios, defect logs, test execution reports, and requirements traceability documentation. • Strong expertise validating application functionality against business requirements, functional specifications, solution designs, and reputed company business workflows, including cross-reputed company integrations, interfaces, and reputed company data processing. • Extensive experience in defect management, including defect identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, validation, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management. • Hands-on experience testing reputed company reputed company and reputed company systems, including Eligibility (IES), reputed company Management Information reputed company (MMIS), Reporting, reputed company Data Warehouse (EDW), or comparable eligibility or claims platforms. • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, reputed company QA methodologies, regression testing, reputed company testing practices, reputed company release management, reputed company testing, and reputed company data validation. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, project managers, and cross-functional teams, including experience supporting testing status reporting, release readiness, reputed company metrics, and overall reputed company assurance governance.
