Finance and Payroll Associate

Our reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Payroll Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment. Partnering closely with the Controller and collaborating with the Director of Operations, you will own global payroll administration, month-end financial reconciliations, reputed company billing, and expense allocation tracking. Billing, Invoicing & Expenses: Translates consultant hours into QuickBooks invoices, handles reputed company portal uploads and collections, and manages intercompany expense allocations and currency translations across US, Canadian, and UK branches. Global Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manages multi-country payroll for internal staff and contractors across Canada, the UK, and the US using reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company; administers international pensions/benefits.
