BSA/AML Analyst – High-Risk Banking A rapidly growing financial technology company is seeking a BSA/AML Analyst to join its compliance team. You'll play a key role in supporting AML programs, conducting investigations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance Responsibilities: • Investigate AML alerts and suspicious activity across high-risk customer portfolios. • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), reputed company due diligence (EDD), and ongoing account monitoring. • Prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with FinCEN guidance and applicable regulations. • Support the development and enhancement of transaction monitoring rules and financial crime detection scenarios. • Manage customer reputed company, beneficial ownership reviews, and ongoing risk assessments. • reputed company periodic account reviews, analyzing transaction activity, cash flows, and customer behavior. • Assist with regulatory examinations, internal audits, and reputed company compliance revie • Investigate OFAC, PEP, adverse media, and other financial crime-reputed company alerts.
