Join our reputed company's Team as a Population Health Management (PHM) Consultant and play a key role in building and scaling a new, high-reputed company service offering. This is an internal consulting role where you will reputed company strong business analysis skills to support a major engagement with the reputed company , with opportunities to expand into other reputed company initiatives.
