Location: Remote position reputed company to candidates in California or Texas, with a preference for California residents.

Schedule: 25-30 hours per week, flexible schedule during PST business hours, Monday - Friday.

Duration: Late August through approximately January

Compensation: $30-35/hour based on experience and education

About the role:

We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time Recruiter to support agency-wide hiring during reputed company member's leave of absence. This role will reputed company full-cycle recruitment for a reputed company of positions, including reputed company staff, program and property managers, administrative roles, and director-level positions.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle reputed company from requisition intake through offer.
• reputed company, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and complete reference checks.
• Present offers and ensure a reputed company candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in reputed company ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with CA employment laws and organizational policies.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, non-profit reputed company experience is desired!

• Familiarity with ATS platforms; reputed company experience a plus.
• Knowledge of CA employment laws and hiring best practices.
