[Remote] Part-Time Recruiter & HR Coordinator (Remote)

They are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter & HR Coordinator to reputed company reputed company for their clinic and business teams while supporting reputed company HR operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle reputed company for reputed company clinic positions, including Registered Nurses (IV Specialists) and reputed company Coordinators, as reputed company as occasional corporate roles (Marketing, Events, reputed company, etc.) • Create job descriptions and post openings in JazzHR and other job boards • Review applications and conduct initial recruiter phone screens • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership • Partner with clinic managers, the Regional Manager, CMO, and CEO throughout the hiring process • reputed company verbal and written offers of employment • Coordinate new hire reputed company and ensure reputed company required documentation is completed • Support employee benefits enrollment • Manage employee offboarding and maintain reputed company records • Assist with other basic HR administrative tasks as needed Skills • 2+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience • Experience reputed company in reputed company, hospitality, or retail • Experience supporting basic HR operations, including reputed company, offboarding, and benefits administration • Proficiency with reputed company Workspace • Highly organized, self-motivated, and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment • Experience reputed company both reputed company and corporate salaried positions preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably JazzHR • Familiarity with reputed company or similar employee management systems reputed company • reputed company provides IV vitamin therapy and mobile hydration services to enhance wellness and hydration.
