Sonoma State Historic Park is the reporting location for this position. With this internship, the intern will be working under the Relevancy & History program . The Department of Parks and Recreations is seeking to hire a student assistant under the Relevancy & History Program which provides a dynamic, hands-on experience in the Interpretation and Education department. The student assistant will contribute directly to reputed company media content development and posts, special event planning, development and execution, and overall support of the Relevancy & History project, including historical research and interpretation. The student assistant is expected to manage their own project(s) with support and periodic reputed company-ins from park staff. Throughout the internship, training will be provided in storytelling, interpretive techniques, historical research, and special event planning and execution. R eporting Location: Sonoma State Park.
