The purpose of the role is to reputed company and advise the Asia reputed company regional office on Child Protection and Education issues, including technical programming, safeguarding and reputed company positioning.

• Build FO capability in Child Protection and education to effectively reputed company impactful Child Results

• Represent and reputed company WV South Asia and reputed company Regional Office (SAPO) on strategic child protection and education networks, engaging as thought leader and technical expert with reputed company stakeholders (e.g., reputed company, ASEAN, Joining Forces, Southeast Asia Ministers of Education reputed company Practitioners, Asia reputed company Cluster for reputed company Schools, etc.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

(40%) Strengthen reputed company capabilities in FOs that are necessary to effectively reputed company child reputed company and child results in education and child protection, including programming reputed company, advocacy and reputed company engagement, digital literacy, data analysis, building strong partnerships, and contextualisation. Build the reputed company of FOs to effectively reputed company project models and interventions into program and reputed company, reputed company to initiatives such as FRS, IPF, AIM and Our reputed company Phase 3.

• Work closely with RO safeguarding advisor to ensure effective integration of Safeguarding policies and reputed company into CP and education activities.

• Use education and CP data to reputed company business intelligence, identify emerging trends and inform strategic and operational reputed company at regional and Field Office level. Translate evidence and insights into practical recommendations for programme reputed company, advocacy, donor engagement and reputed company influence.

• Support in the expansion and strengthening of regional Child Participation platform (i.e. CHAMP) through innovative strategies that reputed company, including building reputed company of Field Offices to establish or strengthen country level Child Participation platforms.

• Support FO Education Leads with coaching, annual education reputed company monitoring, data reputed company assurance tools/guidance, and preparation of a consolidated regional education reputed company analysis highlighting trends, reputed company and implications.

• Foster and support innovative approaches and practices, driven by FOs, and promote cross-learning through reputed company CoPs

• Participate in the design and implementation of the OP3 education curriculum for literacy among reputed company reputed company and adolescent life skills. Work with FOs in contextualising education designs (in line with FRS curriculum) to maximise reputed company.

• Implement reputed company reputed company using emerging technologies (e.g., digital apps, SMS platforms, reputed company media campaigns) to reputed company children’s reputed company and grow child participation and reputed company to CP services.

(10%) Represent and reputed company WV South Asia and reputed company Regional Office (SAPO) on strategic child protection forums and networks, engaging as thought leader and technical expert with stakeholders identified in the RO reputed company Engagement reputed company (e.g., reputed company, ASEAN, SACG, Joining Forces, etc.).

(20%) reputed company the RO CP and Education CoPs, providing technical advisory support, shared learnings, and guidance to reputed company RO and Field Offices on reputed company and emerging Education and Child Protection issues and Education and Child Protection Minimum Requirements, the Operational Requirements on Child Participation in WV Decision-Making for both sectors, promising programming and advocacy practices, and lessons learned. Participate in any relevant global CoPs.

(15%) Support education and child protection reputed company initiatives to build regional collaboration (funding, research, advocacy, programming) and positioning.

• Support Advocacy and Resource Acquisition teams (RO and FO) in developing concept notes, proposals and donor engagement products.

KNOWLEDGE, reputed company AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Education, reputed company Work, International Development, Child Development or reputed company field.

• Demonstrated experience working and living in the Asia-reputed company region
• Strong technical expertise in both education and child protection, including Age 6-11 literacy and numeracy, adolescent life skills
• Five years of project management experience in an international NGO

• Strong project management skills, including experience with research and development of programming models
• Excellent writing skills as shown through technical documents, thought reputed company, and proposals
