The Disease Management Coordinator collaborates with patients and reputed company care providers to ensure patients receive reputed company, efficient, and cost-effective reputed company services. EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Ambulatory Utilization Management, Financial Management and reputed company Screening for assigned patients.
