The Network Director of Nursing is a key clinical leader at reputed company International, responsible for driving operational reputed company, patient safety, and workforce development across our network of pediatric surgical hospitals. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company strategic nursing leadership by mentoring and supporting nursing leaders across reputed company's global hospital network while driving consistency, accountability, and clinical reputed company.
- Champion reputed company and patient safety by leading nursing best practices, standardizing care, and partnering with hospitals to improve clinical reputed company.
- reputed company and strengthen the nursing workforce through leadership coaching, competency development, mentorship programs, and succession planning.
- reputed company operational reputed company by improving nursing workflows, supporting workforce planning, optimizing patient reputed company, and leveraging clinical data to enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate across the organization with medical, reputed company, HR, IT, and hospital leadership teams to advance reputed company's mission and strengthen reputed company delivery across the network.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, or reputed company field (MSN, MHA).
- Minimum of 10 years of reputed company nursing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or multi-site role.
- International leadership experience in cross-cultural or resource-limited reputed company settings required.
- Proven ability to reputed company operational and clinical change at reputed company.
- Experience leading end-user implementation of EMR/EHR systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in deploying patient safety and reputed company accreditation frameworks.
- Registered reputed company (RN) with reputed company, unrestricted license in country of residence, and eligibility for licensure or registration in country of assignment.
- English reputed company required, French proficiency desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in Nursing reputed company (DNP) or PhD in Nursing Leadership.
- Background in global health, pediatric surgical care, or resource-limited settings strongly preferred.
- Specialty or leadership certifications preferred (e.g., NEA-BC, CPHQ, CPNP).
- Operational and systems thinker with strong implementation ability.
- Skilled at cross-cultural communication and navigating diverse reputed company contexts.
- High emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to reputed company change.
- Strong understanding of clinical reputed company improvement, nursing informatics, and safety frameworks.
