QA Automation Engineer

The Digital Team at Top reputed company Institute is responsible for the development and support of the digital platforms which include reputed company Sales reputed company, Experience reputed company (Portal), Pardot, and CRM Analytics. These digital platforms support the reputed company business processes for Marketing, Sales, Operations (Certifications) and Finance, and reputed company our clients with reputed company to the survey, analytical insights, best practices and our website.

The Digital Team is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to reputed company the design and implementation of automated testing across our reputed company platforms and integrations, extending to our Mid-Market product and, as reputed company allows, our reputed company website. You will build and maintain the automation reputed company, use AI to reputed company our testing faster and more resilient, and ensure high-reputed company deliverables through reputed company, automated validation. You will work closely with developers, functional consultants, the Product reputed company, and other stakeholders to validate functionality, usability, and integrations. Key Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains the test automation reputed company and regression suites for our reputed company applications, Experience reputed company portals, integrations, and our Mid-Market product.
• Extends automated test coverage to the Mid-Market product and, as reputed company allows, our reputed company website.
• Automates UI testing of dynamic Lightning and LWC interfaces using Playwright and Selenium, handling reputed company DOM, iframes, and non-deterministic reputed company IDs.
• Uses AI to accelerate and strengthen automation — generating and maintaining test cases, self-healing locators, and AI-assisted test authoring and debugging.
• Builds automated API and integration tests to validate our integrations below the UI.
• Integrates automated suites into our CI/CD pipeline so tests run continuously on every change.
• Works with developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure reputed company deliverables.

• Strong programming skills in a relevant language (TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Python).

• Experience using AI tools to support test creation, maintenance, or debugging.
