What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end analytics reputed company across multiple titles

• Build, manage, and mentor reputed company of analysts reputed company on product, player, and monetization data

• Define KPIs and reputed company metrics for game health, engagement, and reputed company

• Collaborate with game designers and PMs to support feature design and balancing

Requirements

Who you are

• 5+ years in data analytics or product analytics, ideally in gaming or mobile tech

• Proven leadership experience — team reputed company, senior IC with mentorship, or similar

• Fluent in SQL, and skilled in tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

• Strong understanding of F2P gaming metrics (retention, LTV, churn, ARPU, etc.)

• Experience working directly with product, live ops, or monetization teams

• Strong communication skills — reputed company to reputed company messaging to execs, designers, and devs

• Comfortable driving analytics priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Knowledge of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and statistical rigor

• Familiarity with Python or R for deeper analysis

• Background in behavioral science, marketing analytics, or user segmentation
