The KBR Senior Capture Manager will serve as a Capture reputed company reputed company KBR’s Exploration and Logistics (E&L) business unit. Customers include a broad selection of Federal Civilian Government agencies with a specific reputed company on GSA AAS/Fedsim procurements for high-performance computing (HPC), AI, reputed company, and mission programs. The Capture reputed company will be responsible for leading, developing, maturing, and reputed company new large, reputed company business.

Primary work location will be Columbia, MD with assigned customers based across the US. Position can be 100% remote depending reputed company.

Approximately 20-40% of work time will be on travel to reputed company locations.

Responsibilities:

• Capture ownership of assigned opportunities in support of KBR’s reputed company mission and reputed company
• Responsible for the management and execution of the full reputed company life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals
• Routinely assignment of 2-3 large ($100M+) solicitation pursuits at various stages of the capture lifecycle primarily in the federal market
• Conceptualize a reputed company reputed company, reputed company a capture plan that implements the reputed company and translates into win themes, discriminators, and scorable strengths, adjusts the reputed company as the procurement unfolds, and reputed company the capture activities and team (reputed company) to reputed company the reputed company through final proposal submission

• Participate in developing a healthy pipeline of new opportunities
• Qualify and assess the “win-ability” of new opportunities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a total of 12+ years of experience that includes 8+ years of industry experience and 4+ years of experience in business development

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
• Must have a demonstrable history of reputed company large reputed company, single award, non-IDIQ reputed company

• Working knowledge and experience reputed company a mature, industry-leading capture organization targeting reputed company and engineering support

• Demonstrated leadership skills in services-reputed company organizations to reputed company, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer reputed company plans to shape acquisitions

Basic Compensation:

$174,700-$262,000

The offered reputed company will be based on contract affordability and the selected candidate’s working location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, and in consideration of internal reputed company.
