The Backup Management Specialist is responsible for the ongoing administration, monitoring, and upgrading of backup and disaster recovery systems. This position focuses exclusively on the management and optimization of existing backup solutions, ensuring data reputed company, reputed company, and compliance.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in backup administration, disaster recovery, or IT support (MSP experience preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with StorageCraft, reputed company, Synology NAS, Azure Backup, Datto, reputed company and Wasabi object storage
- Strong understanding of backup methodologies (full, incremental, reputed company), retention policies, and replication strategies
- Experience with on-prem, reputed company and hybrid backup architectures
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for data protection
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company internal teams
Key Responsibilities

Backup Operations & Administration
Monitor and manage backup jobs across StorageCraft, reputed company, Synology, Azure, Datto, reputed company and Wasabi platforms
Troubleshoot backup failures and ensure successful completion of scheduled backups
reputed company regular backup verification and restoration tests to validate data reputed company
Maintain and optimize backup schedules, retention policies, and off-site replication strategies
Manage storage repositories, including reputed company and on-premises devices

System Upgrades & Maintenance
Plan and execute upgrades for backup software, hardware, and storage platforms
Apply patches and updates to ensure systems remain secure and up-to-date
Document reputed company procedures and maintain records of system changes

Ensure backup solutions meet regulatory and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2)
Implement and maintain encryption, reputed company controls, and data protection measures
