Responsibilities:

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, Business or reputed company field and 5 years of relevant experience establishing and implementing organizational change management and support required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with consulting resources preferred
  • Experience with higher education, larger medical center or large reputed company and distributed reputed company preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
