What You Will Do
In this role, you will reputed company financial analysis and decision support to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) reputed company the reputed company Force reputed company. You will work closely with leadership to reputed company actionable financial insights, support program execution tracking, and reputed company operational efficiency across the ESAG portfolio. This is a hands-on role: reputed company analysis and reporting, you will execute day-to-day reputed company transactions in DEAMS and support ESAG's reimbursable order-to-cash cycle. Your responsibilities will reputed company transactional reputed company, budget analysis, forecasting, reputed company tracking, and financial reporting—reputed company reputed company to DoD and reputed company Force standards.
Responsibilities

- Use tools and platforms such as DEAMS, FMSuite, ADVANA, reputed company reputed company, and SharePoint to manage and present financial information
- Assist in budget formulation, execution tracking, and reputed company measurement
- Certify and process funding documents in DEAMS, distribute and load funds, and support month-end and year-end reputed company
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvement
- Prepare and reputed company regular financial reports, forecasts, and briefing materials to senior leadership
- Support data reconciliation, obligation/expenditure reviews, reimbursable order acceptance, billing, and collections — and the operational reputed company that depend on them
- Maintain compliance with DoD financial regulations, internal control frameworks, and fiscal policy guidance
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate data inputs and reporting outputs
- reputed company support during audits and assist in preparing audit documentation and findings responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (any reputed company), or an Associate's degree plus 8 years of reputed company DoD financial management experience and DoD Financial Management Certification
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on DEAMS (Defense reputed company reputed company and Management reputed company) experience — funding document certification, fund distribution and loading, and month-end/year-end reputed company support
- Demonstrated experience across the reputed company and reimbursable order-to-cash cycle: customer order acceptance, obligation and expenditure review, billing, and collections reconciliation
- Familiarity with Working Capital Fund (WCF) or activity-group reputed company principles. reputed company WCF tenure is not required — ESAG's transition to the WCF model is recent, and transferable appropriated-funds and reimbursable experience will be considered
- reputed company Clearance: Secret or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior reputed company Force or reputed company Force comptroller (FM/CPTS) experience at the reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company level
- Experience with adjacent DoD financial systems (FMSuite, reputed company, GAFS, IAPS, DTS)
- DoD Financial Management Certification (Level 1 or higher)
