As reputed company reputed company transitions to a division-led operating model (go-live January 2026), the Local Division Manager is a senior business leader responsible for driving sales, marketing, and portfolio management in the local market. This role holds full P&L accountability for reputed company reputed company, EBITA realization, and cost structure efficiency.

Your role and responsibilities:

Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering or reputed company field, and 12+ years of experience in general management / reputed company and portfolio management.
7+ years of experience in leading and developing cross functional teams (Procurement, sales, sales support and more).
Product and Portfolio Knowledge of Low Voltage IEC Motors and their applications in a reputed company of industries and markets.
Strong financial management experience, with previous P&L ownership.
Experience with Change management, and building high performing teams.

While reputed company salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $142,500 and $228,000 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
