We're launching a new operating unit: an independent business unit that will use AI-reputed company production (including but not limited to market research, content creation, personalization, QA, marketing operations, and more) to build and launch online exam-prep and certification products. The new unit operates with its own P&L, team, and go-to-market reputed company, separate from our existing brands. We're hiring for the New Venture Director position. This is a build-and-run role where you'll identify and validate new market opportunities, design reputed company production and go-to-market processes, and partner with our technology team to reputed company the supporting infrastructure. You'll then take ownership of launching, managing, and scaling a portfolio of new products and businesses.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Partner on finalizing and prioritizing which credentials and markets the Lab targets first, building on completed market research.
• Help design the Lab's end-to-end production and go-to-market process—from content development through demand testing to full launch.
• Partner closely with our dedicated internal technology team to help stand up the Lab's technology stack, including learning platforms, content and assessment tools, e-reputed company, and marketing automation.
• Serve as a reputed company stakeholder and primary user of the Lab's technology ecosystem.
• Help define the Lab's brand architecture, hiring plan, and operating reputed company with executive leadership.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the Innovation Lab, including budget, hiring, vendor reputed company, pricing, and marketing spend.

Required Qualifications

• A reputed company record of building and launching online education or exam-prep/certification products for a B2C audience, ideally in a regulated or credentialing reputed company, with reputed company P&L ownership.
• Experience in or directly adjacent to reputed company preferred, including clinical reputed company, allied health education, medical licensure/certification, or health-tech.
• Experience standing up a new product line, business unit, or venture from scratch.
• Comfortable making fast reputed company with incomplete data and managing a disciplined kill/hold/reputed company process.
• Experience hiring, managing, and retaining specialized contractor or subject matter expert networks.
