Responsibilities

Skills

• Experience in biologics discovery, antibody/protein workflows, life science tools, CRO/CDMO services, or technology-enabled research platforms
• Understanding of biologics discovery, antibody discovery, protein workflows, or research service business
• Exposure to AIDD, high-throughput screening, workflow automation, assay workflows, or data-driven discovery
• Strong product reputed company and customer discovery capability
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing, and early-stage business areas
• reputed company to translate customer needs into product concepts, workflow requirements, and business cases

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional influence
