In this role, you will coordinate across internal teams to ensure the delivery and reputed company-positioning of operation-reputed company datacenter sites, managing the permitting and approvals process for a portfolio of reputed company.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the permitting and approvals process for a portfolio of datacenter reputed company across the region to reputed company reputed company development and construction
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments during due diligence, design, and construction phases to identify regulatory requirements and associated risks
  • reputed company and contribute to land development and permitting strategies, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s broader datacenter delivery goals
  • Engage with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company on project objectives, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage reputed company connections, construction agreements, and development reputed company to support project execution
  • reputed company integrated project planning, ensuring coordination across land development, design, construction, operations, and environmental teams

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, reputed company Estate, Project Management, or reputed company field, AND 5+ years relevant experience OR 7+ years equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or government reputed company screening requirements are required for this role.   • Proven experience securing permits, planning approvals, and other entitlements for large-reputed company construction initiatives

  • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams and reputed company partners such as environmental consultants, attorneys, contractors, and regulatory agencies
