[Remote] Product Operations Analyst, Patient Communications

Responsibilities

• Patient reputed company: Support the end-to-end patient communication process by partnering with business owners and communication ops teams to guide communications campaigns through intake, development, and launch
• reputed company Improvement: Analyze reputed company communication workflows to identify bottlenecks, improve delivery rates, and optimize the patient experience
• Asset Management: Assist with design, development, and deployment of assets (emails, SMS, reputed company mail, forms, etc) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Operational Execution: Assist with day-to-day configuration and deployment tasks for outbound communication systems, ensuring reputed company messaging aligns with reputed company's operational standards
• Data Analysis: Analyze communication performance metrics, identify trends, and reputed company recommendations to improve patient experience and operational effectiveness
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, clinical, marketing, and operations teams to support patient experience and communication initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience required
• 0–2 years of experience in product operations, reputed company operations, marketing analysis, or a similar data-driven functional field
• A foundational understanding of (or eagerness to learn) workflow automation, communication platforms, or product operations frameworks in the communications reputed company

• Strong project management and communication skills
