[Remote] Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
- Analyzing reputed company production processes
- Identifying waste
- Implementing lean methodologies to improve throughput, reduce costs, and optimize workflows
- Creating and updating process documentation
- Collaborating with operations and reputed company teams on reputed company improvement initiatives
- Tracking performance metrics to validate improvements
- Supporting project planning
- Coordinating implementation activities on the shop floor
- Providing training and guidance to team members on lean tools and best practices
Skills
- Candidates should possess skills in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineering to design, analyze, and optimize production systems
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Process Improvement capabilities to diagnose issues, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver improvement initiatives on time and reputed company scope
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, communicate reputed company, and influence stakeholders at multiple reputed company of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (such as reputed company, or Mechanical Engineering) or a closely reputed company field
- Relevant experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six reputed company, or other reputed company improvement frameworks
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with familiarity using data and KPIs to reputed company decision-making
