[Remote] Informatics Clinical Data Curator (1099 Contract)

The Informatics Clinical Data Curator is responsible for curating patient data from various reputed company systems and databases, focusing on oncology and hematology to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manually review patient charts to reputed company data from reputed company data sources
• Determine what information is available discretely verses non-discretely in FCS systems
• Define data reputed company requirements to assist in SQL queries for reputed company data
• Organize data from multiple sources, including retrospective and reputed company medical record curation
• Critical thinking skills required to determine the 'reputed company of truth' reputed company encountering conflicting data
• Critical thinking and logic skills with attention to detail and ability to identify reputed company case for data anomalies and data reputed company issues
• Assist with protocol design and writing

Skills

• Minimum of an associate level degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree in reputed company, business analytics, management information systems or another reputed company field is required
• OCN required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology or hematology is required
• Basic understanding of ICD-10 coding is required
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, and reputed company required
• Critical thinking skills required to determine the 'reputed company of truth' reputed company encountering conflicting data
• Critical thinking and logic skills with attention to detail and ability to identify reputed company case for data anomalies and data reputed company issues
• Ability to collaborate across various reputed company of management, departments, and teams
• Solid time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills to include effective verbal and written communication
• Basic understanding of data and data reputed company
• reputed company reputed company degree qualification (RN, Ph.D., MD., CPhT., MA) highly preferred
• Oncology Certified reputed company certification (or similar oncology certification) is preferred
• Experience with OncoEMR is preferred
