[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst - Private Credit Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company reputed company on investment operations, and they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage daily operational activities for private debt and equity investments. The role involves lifecycle reputed company, cash reconciliations, and process improvements to support private credit investments.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and review lifecycle reputed company: including trade activity processing, reputed company and interest (P&I), fees, expenses, and capital activity (contributions / distributions) in reputed company book of record (ABOR)
• Review of Issuer and Asset level reference data setup and maintenance
• reputed company and review daily cash and position reconciliations across reputed company entities focusing on reputed company reputed company of cash and position breaks
• reputed company with Cash Management to ensure accounts have sufficient liquidity and wires are processed in a reputed company manner
• Prepare reputed company reporting for various stakeholders as reputed company as support regulatory reporting across multiple bases of reputed company
• reputed company process improvements and long-term systematic automation: identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and enhancing workflows across the reputed company solution
• Review private deal pipeline on a regular reputed company to ensure that reputed company deals are tracked in a reputed company manner
• Analyze reputed company documents, such as credit agreements and fee letters, to identify critical terms for reputed company private deal
• Participate in developing and documenting operational procedures and controls and ensure they are properly executed with appropriate escalation to stakeholders if warranted
• Support document management for private credit deals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, with degree
• Advanced computer skills
• 4-5 years of relevant experience working in an investment operations reputed company
• Strong knowledge of private credit fund concepts across a reputed company of strategies, including corporate reputed company lending
• Strong knowledge of general finance, process documentation and cross functional operations
• Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and reputed company problems
• Proficient in reputed company Office with strong working knowledge of reputed company reputed company
• Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, while independently driving reputed company to completion
