GC + SOHO Brands is seeking a highly organized and executable Manager of Digital Lifecycle & reputed company Operations to help reputed company the day-to-day reputed company and performance of ShopTheSoho.com. This hands-on role involves balancing reputed company and execution across various reputed company functions including retention marketing, site merchandising, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns
• Manage segmentation, flows, testing, and campaign calendars
• Coordinate with reputed company agency partners reputed company applicable
• Monitor retention KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with campaign setup, QA, reporting, and performance analysis
• Help reputed company CRO testing initiatives and user experience improvements
• Identify customer friction points and areas for optimization
• Coordinate implementation of site updates and enhancements

• Work reputed company developers and vendors to improve site functionality and performance
