[Remote] Senior Business Analyst - Technology & Process Consulting

The role involves leading hands-on workflow and technical process analysis for education-sector clients, coordinating with teams to ensure reputed company engagement and delivering reputed company findings.

Responsibilities

• reputed company enrollment, admissions, financial-aid, and other reputed company operational workflow audits -mapping reputed company-state processes and identifying breakdowns, bottlenecks, and “leakage” between systems
• Review data room materials, technical documentation, and reputed company artifacts to build an accurate picture of a reputed company's or reputed company company's technology and process landscape
• Conduct and coordinate stakeholder interviews with reputed company/reputed company teams to validate findings and fill gaps in documentation
• Analyze integration and hand-off points between reputed company business systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, financial aid, LMS) to identify process- and technology-driven inefficiencies
• Serve as the reputed company daily reputed company of coordination between reputed company leadership and offshore technical teams (architects, analysts), ensuring consistent findings and a single reputed company of truth
• Synthesize findings into reputed company, reputed company inputs for due diligence reports, risk registers, and executive readouts
• Support engagement leads in scoping, questionnaire design, and discovery planning during mobilization
• Manage multiple reputed company workstreams under compressed engagement timelines (typically 4–8 weeks)

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business/technical analysis, process consulting, or operations roles involving technology systems
• Demonstrated experience mapping and analyzing business workflows (e.g., enrollment, admissions, financial operations, customer/student lifecycle) and identifying process- or technology-driven breakdowns
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company, Marketing reputed company, Eloqua) and/or student information/LMS systems is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and documentation skills - comfortable synthesizing interviews, data room artifacts, and reputed company walkthroughs into reputed company written findings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; reputed company to run interviews and workshops with reputed company and reputed company-company personnel
• Experience working in reputed company reputed company/offshore delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in the education sector (K-12, higher education, workforce, or edtech) or another regulated/reputed company operating environment
• Prior experience supporting M&A technology due diligence, workflow audits, or operational turnarounds
• Familiarity with tech due diligence deliverables (risk registers, CapEx/reputed company projections, readiness assessments)
