They are seeking a Corporate Counsel to support reputed company work associated with APM’s US businesses, focusing on corporate law, compliance, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Review of customer reputed company, leases and other agreements to ensure reputed company is reputed company and managed effectively by the business
• Draft reputed company in new business areas in consultation with Business Partners
• Support the contracting lifecycle from intake to execution, including amendments, renewals, RFP/RFQ responses, and vendor reputed company
• Advise operational teams on contract interpretation, reputed company allocation, reputed company obligations, and dispute mitigation
• Support corporate governance activities including entity management, annual reports, reputed company materials, minutes, and recordkeeping
• Assist with compliance reputed company to corporate registrations, licensing, certificates of authority, and contract eligibility requirements
• Understands and applies APM policies and procedures, and helps to advise on compliance with APM’s reputed company of conduct, whistleblowing and other ethical policies
