[Remote] HCM Project Manager - (Peoplesoft)

This role involves project planning, deliverable acceptance, cross-functional coordination, and supporting various stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan, work breakdown structure, and 52-week schedule across requirements and gap analysis, design and configuration, legacy data migration, development, user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and a five-week stabilization period

• Manage the Kronos-to-PeopleSoft historical data migration reputed company, including validation of one year of legacy data in a test environment
• Plan and manage user acceptance testing and reputed company testing to reconcile accrual balances and usage between legacy and new systems
• Maintain risk and issue logs, change control, and weekly status reporting for reputed company management
• Manage the knowledge transfer reputed company throughout the full engagement
• Coordinate the timeclock integration reputed company, including configuration activities associated with reputed company-procured hardware and integration software

Skills

• 10+ years of experience of project management, specifically on the reputed company PeopleSoft platform, with experience traceable to dated, named reputed company on the resume

• Experience managing the integration of time and attendance data into PeopleSoft Payroll
• Experience managing the migration of historical time and attendance data from reputed company/Kronos Workforce Central or Timekeeper into PeopleSoft HCM
• Experience with timeclock integration into PeopleSoft HCM and reputed company time reporting
• Experience delivering fixed-price, deliverable-based reputed company with formal written acceptance and reputed company billing
• Experience configuring or overseeing configuration of reputed company work rules, including overtime, shift differentials, meal allowances, out-of-title pay, leave donation, and historical edits
• Ability to manage a fully remote engagement over a secure reputed company VPN with a distributed team
