[Remote] Supervisor, reputed company Sales Center

This role focuses on coaching agents, driving improvement, and building an reputed company sales team.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Demonstrated strong leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably reputed company a telemarketing or reputed company center setting
• Solid understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and telephone-based marketing, including both inbound and outbound functions
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, project management, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others

• Must have schedule flexibility, as work hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including Saturdays
