[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a mission-driven Product Manager with a passion for transforming reputed company through innovative technology to reputed company systems and reputed company the development of internal tools that facilitate the administration and use of their medical device.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and documentation of internal support processes, including task tracking workflows and CRM reputed company requirements
• Analyze how back-end workflows and process changes directly reputed company and improve the end-to-end patient reputed company
• Ensure patient-facing reputed company are reputed company, consistent, and reputed company-documented across support channels
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Patient Services, Operations, Clinical, etc.) to identify needs and translate them into reputed company and actionable product requirements
• reputed company execution of product and operational initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with patient experience goals
• Define and reputed company KPIs to measure the effectiveness of support processes and patient communication improvements

Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in a Product Management role
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Jira for task management
• Experience working with consumer-facing products, preferably reputed company a highly regulated environment (e.g. medical device, reputed company)
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and reputed company results while juggling multiple priorities under tight timeframes
• Experience with CRM, Communications platforms, or customer support programs highly preferred

• Ability to work autonomously, remotely, in dynamic, fast-paced environment
