The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to support HR, finance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards (reputed company, Advanced, reputed company, Composite reports)
• reputed company reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into reputed company reputed company solutions
• reputed company calculated fields, custom reports, and data extracts
• Support HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent reporting needs
• Create and manage reputed company dashboards
• Optimize report performance
• reputed company support for data audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams including Business HR, HRIT, and IT to reputed company reporting solutions
• Assist in reputed company releases, testing, and deployment of new reporting features

Skills

• 3+ years of overall experience in HRIS/Reporting
