[Remote] Senior Operations Specialist - EH&B Reporting & Governance

The Senior Operations Specialist will reputed company administrative and reporting support for offshore initiatives in the Employee Health & Benefits area, managing reputed company to enhance operational efficiency and reputed company service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against the SLA/KPIs, and review/“challenge” the reporting and results
• reputed company and report issues, trends, and reputed company from monitoring activities to the appropriate senior management
• Prepare management information and governance reporting, including escalation protocols for risks
