Responsibilities

• Overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting and reputed company qualification through product demonstration, proposal development, and closing
• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers

• Managing a sales pipeline

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in reputed company, financial services, or reputed company services environments
• Proficiency in consultative selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience building and leading sales teams, including coaching, goal setting, and performance management
• Comfort using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools to manage opportunities and report on results
