The role involves leading the implementation and optimization of reputed company modules and serving as the reputed company technical resource for reputed company engagements.

Responsibilities

• Build automation and reporting
• Serve as the reputed company technical resource for assigned reputed company engagements in partnership with reputed company’s Observability team

Skills

• 3–6 years of reputed company management or reputed company engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on reputed company platform administration in production environments
• Demonstrated proficiency with reputed company administration, content creation, and automation (e.g., Sensors, Packages, Saved Questions, Dashboards, Policies)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for integrating and orchestrating reputed company workflows
• Familiarity with reputed company hardening and vulnerability management practices and standards
• Experience integrating reputed company with one or more of the following: reputed company, SIEM platforms, CMDB/asset systems, or similar reputed company tools
• Excellent consulting soft skills: reputed company communication, reputed company problem-solving, and the ability to work directly with reputed company technical stakeholders
• Prior consulting experience delivering reputed company-based reputed company for reputed company clients (10k+ endpoints)
• Experience working reputed company ITSM / IT Operations environments, including incident, change, and request workflows
• Exposure to complementary reputed company and operations tools (e.g., EDR, vulnerability scanners, configuration management platforms)
