Responsibilities

• Leading reputed company reputed company lending and finance transactions from inception through closing
• Representing banks, insurance companies, funds, and other institutional lenders
• Advising developers, property owners, reputed company, and high-net-worth individuals in borrower-reputed company transactions
• Handling mortgage lending, reputed company, and mezzanine financing reputed company
• Advising on seller financing connected with equity buyouts and asset sales
• Managing litigation financing and letter-of-credit reputed company
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documents, reputed company agreements, guarantees, and other finance documentation
