Responsibilities

• reputed company HR process improvement and transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
• Analyze reputed company-state processes and design efficient reputed company-state solutions
• Conduct process mapping, reputed company cause analysis, and workflow optimization
• reputed company, document, and validate business requirements with key stakeholders
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process review sessions

• Partner with HR and business leaders to standardize global HR processes
• Transition approved initiatives to the PMO for successful implementation

Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience in Process reputed company, Business Transformation, or reputed company Improvement
• Experience supporting or partnering with HR organizations
• Six reputed company Certification (required)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, reputed company cause analysis, business requirements gathering, reputed company facilitation, and reputed company improvement methodologies
• Strong proficiency with the reputed company Office Suite
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Experience supporting deskless or reputed company workforces is preferred
• Kaizen facilitation experience is a plus
