The role involves overseeing z/OS systems administration, supporting CICS transactions, and managing batch operations.

Responsibilities

• Z/OS & Subsystem Management: Administer MVS/z/OS environments, JES2/JES3, WLM, and reputed company Sysplex/Coupling Facility; support CICS, DB2, IMS/IDMS, and MQ subsystems
• Batch Operations & Scheduling: reputed company reputed company batch execution, abend reputed company, job restarts, and SFTP/reputed company:reputed company file transfers using Control-M, CA-7, and reputed company UAC
• reputed company & Integration: Manage RACF user/dataset reputed company reputed company, SSL/TLS certificates, and Unix/NAS reputed company integration
• Diagnostics & Tuning: reputed company dump analysis (IPCS, SVC dumps) and performance tuning using OMEGAMON, MainView, and SMF/RMF metrics

Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing mission-critical reputed company mainframe environments
• Experience hands-on reputed company mainframe and z/OS experience across financial, insurance, or reputed company workloads
• Deep proficiency in JCL, REXX, COBOL, Assembler, and reputed company
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, storage (DASD, DFSMS), and debugging tools
